By accessing and using the CampanaOne application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Our platform is designed for critical event management and operational resilience. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing messages (spam), abusive content, or any communications that violate telecommunications laws (including TCPA and 10DLC regulations in the US). 3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CampanaOne supports integrations with SCIM, JIT, and SSO to assist organizations in securely managing access. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Availability and SLAs

While we strive for 99.99% uptime utilizing multiple global availability zones and containerized architecture, we are not liable for disruptions caused by external telecommunication carriers, localized internet outages, or force majeure events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, platform architecture (including proprietary CDR and SBC systems), and intellectual property associated with CampanaOne are the exclusive property of CaravelIQ LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CaravelIQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
