1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards for using the CampanaOne Critical Event Management platform, operated by CaravelIQ LLC. Our mission is to ensure operational resilience and safety for all organizations.

2. Prohibited Content (SHAFT)

In accordance with US Carrier guidelines for A2P messaging, the following content is strictly prohibited on our platform:

Sexually explicit or adult-oriented content.
Hate speech or harassment.
Alcohol-related marketing (where restricted).
Firearms or weapons promotions.
Tobacco, Cannabis, or CBD related content.

No marketing or unsolicited messaging of any kind is permitted on the platform. See our SMS Messaging Compliance page for full detail.

3. Fair Usage Policy

CampanaOne provides enterprise-grade scalability. However, "Fair Usage" applies to automated systems. Intentional flooding, spamming, or use of the platform for non-operational marketing without prior authorization is a violation of these terms.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension of 10DLC/Short Code messaging capabilities to protect our carrier relationships and ensure system integrity for other critical users.
